Saterday evening we had exquisite dinner with our friends Mike and Melanie Joubert.Mike is a specialist trout farmer and his company's farm is situated right on the edge of the Everglades, about 25 miles South of where we live.
We had a great time learning about the business and an ever better time devouring Mel's delicious trout-cooking.
