Napels is picturesque. It's a not-so-small-anymore artsy retirement village on the calm West Coast of Florida, facing the Gulf of Mexico. Nothing happens there every 30 minutes and then it lasts for a while. The average age o
f the town is propably roughly about 75.My parents realy enjoyed it and we were grateful to get away from the maddening crowds. Our roadtrip was coming to an end.
It's only an hour and a half from Miami, through the Everglades, taking Alligator Alley, and I'd love to go back there often in the foreseeable future.
